The Forensics and Actions pages have also been rebuilt on Cynet’s modernized UI framework. Navigation is consolidated into the main menu, every execution output now lives in a single standardized drawer you can view, copy, or export without leaving the page, and Auto-Remediation profiles can be fully edited in place. Same investigation logic your team already knows, less friction every time an analyst jumps between client tenants.
Scale: A Force Multiplier for Capacity
Cross-Site Dashboard is now Generally Available, giving you a single, centralized view of operational and configuration issues across every site you manage, with suggested actions right in the dashboard so remediation doesn’t require a separate investigation step per client.
The SIEM Module is also now Generally Available, positioning it as a full lightweight SIEM/XDR offering you can sell and support at volume, with expanded telemetry and filtering, standalone licensing, and self-service cold data export, so your compliance-driven customers can pull their own historical data without a support ticket in the loop.
Copy Site Settings lets you clone configuration, profiles, groups, and alert settings from one client site to another in minutes instead of rebuilding it by hand, with a full audit trail on every operation. If your book is full of near-identical client environments, this is the fastest way to onboard the next one without configuration drift creeping in.
ITDR Policies are now visible at the MSP level, so you can see and manage identity threat detection policy across every client from one place instead of checking each site individually. And for clients on the streamlined Protect Package, a new CLM add-on gives you a clean, system-enforced way to sell them deeper log visibility without a manual reconfiguration on either side.
For clients with data residency requirements, Cynet is also standing up dedicated regional infrastructure in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with full platform parity to the US region, so you can serve those clients without stepping outside the platform you already run everything else on.
Interoperability: Built Around How You Work
Executive Report white labeling lets you replace default Cynet branding with your own logo and company name, so every report you hand a client drives trust while reinforcing your brand.
For partners purchasing through the Pax8 marketplace, a set of onboarding and support improvements, including automated welcome emails, faster Platinum Care escalation, and clearer account lifecycle controls, closes the gap between marketplace onboarding and direct-sales onboarding.
