BNP Paribas Bank Polska Joins Cynet Product Advisory Board in Mutual Effort to Build Industry’s Best Breach Protection Platform
BNP Paribas Bank Polska, and Cynet, Tel Aviv-based cyber security company, have joined together to share knowledge and feedback on the product advisory board for Cynet 360, the industry’s first autonomous breach protection platform. The security experts of BNP Paribas Poland recognized the value of Cynet’s Sensor Fusion™ technology, providing automation of monitoring and control, attack prevention and detection, and response orchestration, and will share their expertise with Cynet in the mission of achieving the industry’s best anti-breach platform.
NEW YORK, New York — November 19, 2019 — Cynet, pioneers of the autonomous breach protection platform (www.cynet.com) and BNP Paribas Bank Polska, a universal bank listed on the Warsaw stock exchange (https://www.bnpparibas.pl), today announced the beginning of a new cooperation between the two companies. The cooperation includes the joining of BNP Paribas’s security experts to the product advisory board of Cynet, with the mission of sharing knowledge and feedback in the effort to provide the industry’s best anti-breach solution.
The cooperation was born out of Cyber Challenge, an invitational Proof of Value that BNP Paribas held on February 6th in Krakow with Cynet and its partner BA Service. The POV was a part of a wider test that BNP Paribas security team held for several leading Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) security vendors, by performing different types of attacks on each of the vendor’s security solutions in real time. . The team at BNP Paribas Bank Polska recognized Cynet’s approach as most flexible out of all security vendors – combining all the fundamental capabilities of NGAV, EDR, UBA, Network Analytics and Deception solutions, plus 24/7 backing of CyOps, Cynet’s team of SOC analysts and researches providing managed detection and response. In the scope of the new cooperation, the bank’s cybersecurity team will share their input as part of Cynet’s product advisory board. As part of this agreement, they will also be using the Cynet solution on premise, testing and sharing their results.
